GURU NANAK PUBLIC SCHOOL , RAJOURI GARDEN

Guru Nanak Public School, Rajouri Garden, was established in 1969 to mark the Quincentenary Birth Anniversary of the great Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

The school is an English-medium, co-educational institution that provides culture-based education from Nursery to Class XII. It is recognized by the Directorate of Education, Delhi, and affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The school is managed by Sri Guru Singh Sabha (Regd.) Rajouri Garden and is overseen by a duly constituted managing committee, consisting of members from diverse backgrounds.

The school’s mission is to offer an education that nurtures the overall development of the child—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Emphasis is placed on spiritual growth by introducing students to the teachings of our great Gurus and providing opportunities for them to engage in religious activities. 

Students are taught to respect all religions, love humanity, and help those in need, in true alignment with the Sikh spirit. Sports form an integral part of the curriculum, supporting not only the physical development of the children but also instilling leadership, self-discipline, cooperation, and healthy competition. In essence, the school is dedicated to fostering character building and the comprehensive development of students through a balanced blend of general education and co-curricular activities.
